Unfortunately, when someone cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another pet from being seen. Please call us on 0141 771 5565 or 01698 283400 by 3pm on the day before your pet’s appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.

To cancel a Monday appointment, please call us by 3pm on Friday.

To cancel a surgical appointment please call us by 3pm 2 days before your pet’s appointment.

To cancel a surgical appointment on a Monday please call us by 3pm on Thursday.

If prior notification is not given you will be charged £20 for the missed appointment. If you miss a surgical appointment without notifying us beforehand you will be charged £50 in addition to the £50 deposit already paid.
