During your pet's consultation, we will listen to you and your concerns and do our best to explain treatment options to you as clearly as possible. As far as possible we will discuss any future costs with you before they arise. All that we ask is you trust us to care for your pet as if they were our own.

We maintain high standards at the practice, with dedicated dog and cat wards, digital x-ray, ultrasound, full sterile theatre, in-house laboratory, dental equipment and a complete soft tissue surgical operating kit and perform a range of routine and non-routine soft tissue surgeries.

Pets are seen by appointment only. Our normal consulting hours are:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9.30-11.45am, 2-3.30pm and 4.30-6.45pm

• Wednesday and Friday: 9.30-11.30am and 2-4.45pm

• Saturday: 9-12pm (emergency clinic at Beechwood only)

Surgical appointments are available Monday to Friday (admissions from 8.30am).

Repeat prescriptions can be requested by phone, PetsApp or in person. Please allow 48 hours from time of request to fulfilment before collecting. Prescriptions requested on a Friday or Saturday will be ready on the following Tuesday at the earliest.

Should your pet require specialist referral, we work with several centres of excellence in and around Central Scotland. We will endeavour to obtain appropriate cost estimates to enable you to make an informed decision which suits both you and your pet.
